What coins are
Coins are the virtual currency of BlipBloopi. You use them to play casino-style games for entertainment. Coins are a licence to use entertainment content and are not money.
No cash value
- Coins have no cash value.
- Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed or cashed out.
- Coins cannot be sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for money, gift cards, prizes or anything of value.
- There is no second "prize" currency and there are no sweepstakes.
Getting coins
You can buy coins in your account:
- Coin packs. Each pack has a fixed price in euros. Bigger packs may include bonus coins on top of the standard rate.
- Custom amount. Any whole-euro amount within the limits shown in your account, at the standard rate and without a bonus.
Bonus coins are ordinary coins and follow the same rules.
Using coins
Coins are deducted when you start a game round and added when you win. Wins are paid in coins only.
Expiry
Coins do not expire.
Refunds and disputes
If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us through the contact form and choose "Transaction dispute" or "Refund request". We handle refund requests as required by applicable consumer law.
